Raw Tahina Recipe


  • 1 cup water (250 mls cup)
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 ½ lemon juice
  • 3 large cloves garlic crushed
  • ½ tea spoon salt
  • 1 large cup tahini


Put all ingredients less tahini into a blender and blend well
Add tahini
Blend further and add a little more water if does not blend properly and to gain required consistency.
Store in refrigerator
